Skillet Pot Roast With Vegetables(Football Sunday Dinner) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) roast
    1 lb. green beans
    4 small yellow squash
    8 small white onions
    2 Tbsp. fat
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 small red potatoes
    8 baby carrots
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown roast in hot fat.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Put in large Dutch oven.
    Add water to partially cover meat.
    Cover pot tightly.
    Simmer for 1 hour, adding water when necessary.
