Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef brisket, rinsed and patted dry
salt and pepper
4 ribs celery, chopped
2 or 3 medium onions, chopped
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Line bottom of casserole or Dutch oven with celery and onions. Lay brisket on top of vegetables and bay leaf on top of meat.
