Carnival Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2-crust pie mix
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs
    1/4 lb. Prosciutto (or ham cappociola)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 ??? grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry mix and line a large (12-inch round) pie pan.
    Cut up sausage meat and ground beef into small pieces.
    Brown in a skillet.
