Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. chopped pimento
2 tsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
dash of red pepper
dash of salt
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except pecans).
Mix well and shape into a ball.
Roll in chopped pecans.
Roll ball into Handi-Wrap and place in fridge.
Yields 1 (4-inch) cheese ball.
