Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. mashed cooked pumpkin
    1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Beat with rotary beater until well blended. Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pie pan; bake 50 to 55 minutes at 375\u00b0.
