Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. walnuts
    2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated raw zucchini, not peeled
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Chop walnuts into medium-sized pieces.
    Beat eggs; beat in sugar.
    Then add oil and vanilla.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to the first mixture, alternating with zucchini.
    Stir in raisins and walnuts.
    Divide mixture into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 2-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes or until done. The loaves freeze well.
