Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, diced
    1/2 lb. chopped ham
    1/3 c. freeze-dried chives
    1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
    Mix until blended. Add ham, Swiss cheese and chives.
    Pour into pastry lined 9-inch deep dish pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
