Yogurt Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. orange juice
    1 large banana, broken into 3 pieces
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender.
    Mix at high speed for about 30 seconds.
    Makes 1 shake.
    Serve immediately to avoid separation.
