Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. filet of beef
6 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (or canned)
3 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 Tbsp. catsup
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef bouillon
1/4 c. wine (your choice)
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 box wild rice
equal serving of white rice
Preparation

Cut beef into small bite size pieces (sprinkle with unseasoned tenderizer or Cavender's Greek seasoning, if you wish).
Slowly heat large, heavy skillet.\tMelt margarine (3 tablespoons); add beef.
Over high heat, sear quickly on all sides.
Remove beef as it browns and put aside.
