Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick margarine
2/3 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. (large size) Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
Preparation

Combine flour and margarine, mix with pastry blender.
Add pecans.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, don't brown.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip, reserving some Cool Whip for topping.
Spread over cool crust. Combine milk and pudding.
Pour over cheese layer.
Add thick layer of Cool Whip over top of pudding.
Let set.
