Turkey Crunch(Second Day Turkey Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked turkey
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    chow mein noodles or crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix together first 6 ingredients.
    Stir soup into mayonnaise; toss with turkey mixture.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with noodles.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.
    Serves 6.
