Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
a few drops red food coloring
Preparation
-
Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.
Place 1/2 of mixture in a 7 x 10-inch pan.
Cover with rhubarb.
