Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (10 oz.) can onion soup
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. basil
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. parsley
6 slices thin Italian bread (round)
6 slices Mozzarella cheese or 3/4 c. shredded
Preparation

Combine ingredients, except bread and cheese.
Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
Toast bread rounds.
