Pork Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole pork loin
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Preparation
    Rinse pork loin and trim off excess fat.
    Slice into 1/4 inch slices.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic.
    Mix eggs and buttermilk with whisk.
    Dip each slice in egg mixture then into flour mixture.
    Fry in 1/4 inch of oil in a deep skillet until golden brown.
