Cocoa Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts.
    Beat with spoon 30 seconds. Stir in nuts.
    Pour into prepared pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes. Insert wooden pick in center.
    If clean when removed, bread is done. Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan. Wrap tightly in foil. Cool completely.
    Yields 1 loaf.
