Butterscotch Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar (light or dark)
1/4 c. cream or canned evaporated milk

Preparation

Mix butter, sugar and cream in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Beat 1/2 minute. Serve hot or cold.
