Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. grated coconut
Preparation

Mix egg yolks and sugar.
Add flour and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in milk.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla and 1/2 cup coconut.
Cool slightly.
Pour into baked pie shell.
