Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. caramels
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix cake mix according to directions.
Pour 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
