Celery Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 quarts celery chopped
    4 c. sweet pepper chopped
    4 yellow sweet onions chopped
    4 hot pepper chopped
    1/2 c. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    6 c. sugar
    4 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. mustard seeds
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Grind celery, sweet peppers, onions and hot peppers; then cover with salt and boiling water.
    Let stand for 10 minutes and drain.
    Bring to a boil the sugar, vinegar, mustard seeds and turmeric.
    Add the celery mixture and let boil for 15 minutes. Put into pint jars and seal.
    Makes about 12 pints.
