Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

1 c. milk
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast
1 lb. sausage
8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation

Mix together milk, egg, sugar, salt and flour. Add yeast. Knead dough until it is smooth. Let rise until it doubles in size. Brown sausage and add cream cheese. After dough has risen, divide in half. Flatten half like a pizza. Spread egg (beaten) on the dough and then spread half of the sausage mixture. Roll it up and slice 1-inch thick. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
