Stan'S Beef Tidbits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. Sirloin Tip (cut into strips 1 1/2 x 1/2-inch)
    6 Lg Green Peppers Diced
    3 Onions Diced
    1/2 lb. Mushrooms Sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Pepper
    1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1/2 Cup Burgundy Wine
    1 qt. Water
    2 Tbsp. Salad Oil
    2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
    6 Tbsp. Water (mix cornstarch with water, set aside)
Preparation
    Heat skillet, saute meat in salad oil unit brown.
    Add peppers, onions, mushrooms, water, burgundy and all seasonings.
    Cook over medium heat 15-20 minutes.
    If more seasoning is needed add 1 tsp. Lawry's Season Salt.
    Add cornstarch mix to thicken.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Serves 6.
