Sauteed Snap Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. snap beans, cooked until almost done
    3 Tbsp. oil or bacon fat
    2 Tbsp. instant onion
    2 Tbsp. water
    dash of garlic salt
    cracked black pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    pickled or plain cooked beets (for garnish) or other vegetable of choice
Preparation
    Saute beans 1 minute in enough oil or bacon fat to cover bottom of wok or pan.
    Add instant onion and water to mix and saute again. Add dash of garlic salt, cracked black pepper and chili sauce. Toss lightly.
    Serve on platter.
    Garnish with beets or other vegetable of your choice to add color.
