Meatballs Over Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
2 c. oats
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Combine first 8 ingredients.
Shape into small meatballs. Place in electric frypan and brown on all sides.
Mix together the soup, sour cream and milk.
Pour over meatballs and simmer for 25 minutes.
Serve over noodles or rice.
