Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk
4 1/2 c. flour
6 ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and bananas.
Mix well. Add sour milk, dry ingredients and nuts.
Beat well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 3 loaves.
