Green Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless pork, cubed
6 (4 1/2 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, blended to puree
1 tsp. garlic powder
6 cans water
Preparation

Saute pork cubes lightly.
Add chopped green chilies and garlic powder.
Add water.
Simmer for two hours, adding water as needed.
Thicken with flour and water paste until it is the consistency of white sauce.
Serve as smothering on bean burritos. Melt Cheddar cheese on top of burrito after smothering.
