Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. pecans, chopped
9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar and syrup in medium saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
Cool slightly.
Add eggs and vanilla, stirring well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Top with pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
