Quick Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
sprinkle of garlic salt
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 1/4 c. water
1 can tomatoes
1 can corn
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion and sprinkle with garlic salt in large skillet.
Drain and add tomatoes, beef, bouillon, broth, corn, rice and chili powder.
Heat to boiling point.
Remove from heat.
Stir and cover.
Ready to eat in 10 minutes.
May substitute regular rice, cooked, for Minute rice and water.
