Hawaiian Galore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 graham cracker pie shells
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 bananas
    1/2 c. coconut
    2/3 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour together.
    Add pineapple.
    Cook until thick; let cool.
    Slice 3 bananas in bottom of pie shells.
    Put 1/2 cup coconut and 2/3 cup pecans on top of bananas.
    Pour filling over this and top with Cool Whip or desired topping. Makes 2 pies.
