Crab Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks; mash and combine with remaining ingredients.
Chill.
Just before serving, stuff egg whites with crab meat mixture.
Makes 12 halves with extra stuffing to use as a sandwich spread.
