Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine or butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix well and chill dough several hours or overnight.
Flour hands and roll into small balls.
Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Leave good space between as dough will spread.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
Watch closely, they brown quickly.
