Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix shortening into dry ingredients with pastry blender.
    Mix together vinegar, cold water and egg.
    Add to first mixture.
    This makes 1 single and 1 double crust.
    It keeps in refrigerator several weeks.
