Grandma'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onions
1 chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. diet margarine
16 oz. cooked and drained ground turkey
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
2 c. water
8 oz. cooked noodles
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
Add cooked and drained turkey.
Add remaining ingredients, except noodles and Cheddar cheese.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Pour a little sauce in bottom of baking dish (9 x 13-inches).
Top with cooked noodles.
Layer sauce on bottom, then noodles and sauce, then noodles and sauce.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
