Fish Fillets With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 tomato, peeled and cubed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Arrange fish fillets in a 12 x 7 x 2-inch microproof baking dish with the thick edges toward the outside of dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle
    all remaining ingredients over top.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Cook on maximum power for 5 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
