Chile Relleno Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. grated Jack cheese
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
3 small cans Ortega diced green chiles
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
15 oz. can evaporated milk
16 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation

Spray 11 x 13-inch glass dish with Pam.
Layer chiles on bottom of pan.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Blend milk, eggs and flour. Pour over cheese and chiles.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Remove from oven, add Jack cheese and top with tomato sauce.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 8 to 12.
