Gelatin-Wiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavor jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    14 double graham crackers, separated
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Spread gelatin mixture about 1/2-inch thick or 14 of the crackers; top with remaining crackers, pressing lightly and smoothing around edges with spatula.
    Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
    Makes 14 sandwiches.
