Sausage, Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    2 c. crumbled croutons (garlic)
    1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and drained
    1 c. Romano cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Put in the refrigerator for one hour.
    Roll in 1-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 7 dozen.
