Tomato Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (lemon, strawberry or mixed fruit)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
Preparation
    Pour tomatoes into saucepan, saving can for mold.
    Bring tomatoes to a boil; add jello and salt.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add lemon juice or vinegar.
    Pour into can.
    Chill until firm.
    Yields 2 cups, 4 size servings or 6 relish servings.
