Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thin sliced zucchini squash
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in the order listed. Bake in well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cut in squares.
    Makes about 4 dozen small squares.
