Sweet And Tangy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 c. any tart red jelly
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chicken.
Place over low heat and cook until jelly has melted and sauce has blended smoothly. Arrange chicken in a baking pan, skin side up.
Pour sauce over chicken evenly.
Cover pan with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Uncover pan and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Baste with pan juices twice during the last 30 minutes of baking.
Serve hot with pan sauce spooned over each serving.
