Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 c. mayo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 eggs
    1 c. grated medium or sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix the mayo, soup, eggs and cheese together in blender; salt to taste.
    Fold in broccoli; pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Place casserole dish in a shallow pan of water in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    May be mixed a day in advance and kept in refrigerator.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
