Chicken Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
salt and pepper to taste
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. calorie-reduced mayonnaise
1/2 c. yellow mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Coat baking sheet with Pam.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Place egg whites in shallow dish. Using fork, beat until mixed.
Pour bread crumbs onto wax paper. Dip each chicken piece in egg whites, then roll in bread crumbs. Place chicken pieces 1-inch apart on prepared baking sheet.
Then spray pieces with Pam.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until tender and browned.
