Chicken A La King - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper (a little red pepper adds nice color)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk or chicken broth
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Saute vegetables in broth or margarine until soft, but not brown.
(To cut calories, cook vegetables in a little water.)
Add chicken and soup; mix and heat through.
