Raisin Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. orange juice
3/4 c. raisins, chopped up
1/2 c. flaked coconut
2 tsp. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. margarine, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar.
Cut in 1/3 cup margarine until crumbly.
Press into bottom of lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
(I use Pam spray.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
