Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. scalded milk
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend egg yolks, sugar, salt & nutmeg with whisk. Slowly pour in scalded milk. Add vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Bake another 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
