Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry elbow macaroni
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut up
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook macaroni 8 to 10 minutes and drain. Combine all other ingredients.
    Add macaroni.
    Put in buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 to 45 minutes. Top with chopped fresh tomatoes or salsa.
