Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. meat
    2 (12 oz. each) cans ginger ale
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 pkg. dried mushrooms
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a pot and cover.
    Cook 2 1/2 hours on medium to low light on the stove top.
    Do not open pot before 2 1/2 hours.
    Keep pot tightly covered.
