Apple-Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cornstarch
2 tsp. apple spice
1 tsp. salt
10 c. water
Preparation

Boil until little thick.
Pour over apples in jar.
This will do 7 quarts.
Do not pack apples too tight so filling will go in jars.
Pressure cook 10 to 15 minutes at 5 pounds pressure.
