Southwest Tomatillo Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless chicken breasts
    Garlic Herb Marinade
    2 c. mixed bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
    4 radishes, sliced
    1/2 onion, diced
    2 pkg. brown Success rice
    1/3 jar Tomatillo Chutney (Berings, Houston)
    almond slivers
    1 fresh lime
Preparation
    Dice chicken; marinate in Garlic Herb Marinade for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Dice all vegetables.
    Saute, stir-fry chicken and marinade in skillet until cooked.
    Add vegetables and stir.
    Pour in precooked rice.
    Stir.
    Add 1/3 jar Tomatillo Chutney.
    Stir in until mixed.
    Garnish with almonds and squeeze lime juice over. Serve.
