Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) can salmon
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add egg and milk; mix.
    Break up salmon and add to mixture.
    Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil and cook about 4 minutes.
