Cottage Cheese Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 tsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together all ingredients with mixer except cinnamon. Pour over crust and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
